Handbooks
These Handbooks are intended to provide a general guide to the Plans and, although every effort has been made to ensure that the contents are accurate, they cannot include every detail. Should there be any discrepancy between the information in these handbooks and the Trust Deeds and Rules, the legal documents governing the Plan, the Trust Deed and Rules take precedence. The Govenment can pass legislation that over-rides the Trust Deed and the Rules and the Plan must then operate accordingly.
