Online Nomination form now available

The Trustee uses the information you provide in your Nomination form to decide who should receive any benefits that are payable from the Plan (DC Choice) in the event of your death.
In addition to the value of your pension savings, if you are still employed by the Company in the UK at the time of your death, DC Choice will pay out a tax-free life assurance cash sum of six times your annual salary. The Trustee may use the money saved in your pension account to buy an annuity for your dependants or pay it out as a lump sum.
Without an up-to-date Nomination form, the payment of these benefits can be delayed while the Trustee tries to identify who your beneficiaries are; they may also need to contact your loved ones at what can be a very upsetting time to ask for more details/proof of relationship.
We’re pleased to say that you can now update your Nomination form easily and efficiently, using our new online form. Your details will be securely stored on the Trustee’s online portal, completely separate from any Company systems, and the data will be processed in line with the Trustee’s data protection notice.
You should update your Nomination form whenever your circumstances, for example, if you get married or divorced, or become a parent. A new form submitted through the portal will override any previous Nomination forms you have provided.
